A perfect Bengali snack at the iconic Bengali coffee house in Kolkata filled with history and nostalgia! The fishes are generally marinated,crushed, and mixed with different varieties of spices ,salt.and especially with bread crums. They are then fried or baked accordingly. The best combo is to serve the crunchy fish fingers with "kasundi" made from mustard.It serves as a dip and makes the fingers even more tasty! Next time when guests come serve them with this basic but immensely tasty snack with coffee or tea and they won't stop licking their fingers.
