The red meat of pork ahh!! People who are done with chicken and mutton and want to explore more some other delicious varieties , should definitely go for pork and its various preparations . This is the first one I am sharing with you "the steak" from Chilli's , it is an international dish of pork.
But the pork preparations from Assam and the rest of NE are really famous and worth experiencing . I personally love pork meat more than mutton or chicken .
